Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. lime jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 c. cream style cottage cheese
- 1 c. very finely minced cucumbers
Directions
- Dissolve package of jello in boiling water. Add in lemon juice. Refrigerate till partially set. Beat till light and fluffy. Fold cheese and cucumbers into jello. Pour into mold. Refrigerate. Yield 6 servings.
