Directions

  1. Combine gelatin, sugar, and salt. Stir into 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk and allow to soften 5 min. Heat remaining lowfat milk and add in to gelatin mix. Stir till gelatin dissolves. Refrigeratetill slightly thick.
  2. Blend cottage cheese and salad dressing; gradually add in gelatin mix. Beat till smooth and fluffy; mix in sliced strawberries.
  3. Pour into a 1-qt mold and refrigeratetill hard. Unmold; garnish with whole strawberries, almonds, and lettuce.
