Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce margarine
- 4 1/2 ounce minced onion
- 1 1/2 ounce minced bell pepper
- 1 ounce minced celery
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 6 1/2 ounce claw crabmeat
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 1/2 ounce bread crumbs - (to 2)
- 1 ounce minced green onions
Directions
- Saute/fry onions, bell peppers, and celery till half done. Add in garlic salt and cayenne and saute/fry till vegetables are translucent/soft. Add in claw meat, bread crumbs, parsley, and green onions. Mix thoroughly and stuff accordingly. Recommended either baked or possibly fried.
