Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce margarine
  • 4 1/2 ounce minced onion
  • 1 1/2 ounce minced bell pepper
  • 1 ounce minced celery
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 6 1/2 ounce claw crabmeat
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1 1/2 ounce bread crumbs - (to 2)
  • 1 ounce minced green onions

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions, bell peppers, and celery till half done. Add in garlic salt and cayenne and saute/fry till vegetables are translucent/soft. Add in claw meat, bread crumbs, parsley, and green onions. Mix thoroughly and stuff accordingly. Recommended either baked or possibly fried.
