Ingredients
- 1/2 pound chipped beef
- 4 tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Pepper to taste
- Peas (optional)
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients, set aside. Heat butter, thicken with flour, add in lowfat milk, beef, parsley and spices. Add in cooked peas, if using. Serve over toast.
