Ingredients
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- Cornstarch
Directions
- Heat first five ingredients just to boiling. Thicken with a little cornstarch dissolved in cool water. Add in vinegar. Stir and serve with pork, chicken or possibly beef.
