Ingredients
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 c. white vinegar
Cornstarch
Directions
Heat first five ingredients just to boiling. Thicken with a little cornstarch dissolved in cool water. Add in vinegar. Stir and serve with pork, chicken or possibly beef.
