Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. cooked/canned chicken, minced and cut into sm. pcs
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. peas (petit pois)
- 1 sm. can almonds (slightly salted)
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs
- 5 sweet pickles
- 5 ounce. cream cheese
- 10 stuffed olives
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 apples
Directions
- Chop well.
- Stir all ingredients but the apples which need to be dipped into the lemon juice, then mix all the ingredients well. Serve it cool over a bed of lettuce. Garnish as desired. (Could use red pepper strips or possibly apple slices, etc.)
