Directions

  1. Heat butter, add in stuffing and mix well. Spread 3/4 of mix in bottom of greased casserole. Put chicken on top of stuffing, add in liquid removed mushrooms.
  2. Mix lowfat sour cream, chicken soup, and 1 c. chicken broth. Add in on top of mushrooms. Sprinkle rest of 1/4 stuffing mix over top. Pour remaining 1/2 c. broth over top. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Can use leftover turkey also.
