Directions

  1. Spread cheese on chicken; add in 1 slice ham. Roll jelly roll fashion and mix in sides. Secure with toothpick. Lightly flour chicken. Heat butter; add in chicken and brown on all sides. Add in 1 c. broth and 1/2 c. Galliano wine. Cover and simmer 30 min.
  2. In a saucepan add in 1/2 c. butter and 3 Tbsp. Galliano wine; saute/fry mushrooms. Add in parsley. Pour mix over chicken and cook 5 min more. Remove toothpicks. Serve with angel hair pasta!
