  1. Cut chicken into bite size pcs and roll in bread crumbs. Heat oil in frying pan and saute garlic. Add in chicken and brown lightly. Place chicken in large baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, add in vinegar and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Add in artichokes and bake 10 more min.
