Ingredients
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 c. nuts, minced fine

- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions
- Cream sugars, butter, oil, large eggs, and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients to creamed mix and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate. Prepare filling by mixing filling ingredients together. Roll cookie dough out on lightly floured board. Cut into desired shape. Place 1 tsp filling inc enter. Can leave open or possibly fold over to create a pocket. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 min.
