Directions

  1. Wash broccoli and trim off heavy stalks. Use the tender flowerets for this salad. Wash cauliflower, trim, and use flowerets for salad. Cut red onion into thin slices and separate rings. Add in sunflower seeds. Toss together. Add in half of bacon. Add in grated cheese.
  2. Stir salad dressing, sugar, and vinegar together till creamy; add in to the vegetables. Stir well and top with remaining bacon, then chill.
