  • 1 bunch broccoli (sm. flowerettes only)
  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into sm. flowerettes
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can pitted ripe olives, liquid removed
  • 1 (6 ounce.) jar stuffed green olives
  • 8 ounce. American cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pt. tiny cherry tomatoes (whole)
  • 1 c. Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in large bowl, preferably one with seal-on lid. Toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hrs, tossing occasionally to distribute marinade over vegetables. Yields: 3 to 4 qts.
