Ingredients

3 ounce. bourbon
1 1/2 c. minced pecans
3 Large eggs
1 c. light Karo
3/4 c. semi - sweet chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Healthy pinch salt
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

Soak pecans in bourbon for at least 4 hrs. Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
