  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 pkt (1.25 ounce) Dry chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15 ounce) Kidney beans, liquid removed
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) Ready cut peeled tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 ounce) Tomatoe sauce
  • 1 can (7 ounce) Diced green chilies, liquid removed

Directions

  1. Brown meat in large saucepan; drain. Add in all other ingredients.
  2. Simmer, uncovered 10 min. Top with sliced scallions, cilantro and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Makes 4-6 servings
