Ingredients

  • 2 c. seafood (partially cooked) cut bite size (crab, shrimp, lobster)
  • 1 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 x hard cooked Large eggs minced fine
  • 1 Tbsp. finely-minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients gently in a large bowl. Cover and chill overnight.
  2. Remove from the refrigerator several hrs before serving. Place in a greased 2-qt casserole or possibly baking dish, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min, till bubbly and browned.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
