Directions

  1. In 12x8x2 dish place bread cubes. Microwave at high 4-5 min. Remove half of cubes and save for top layer.
  2. In large mixing bowl mix together seafood, onion, celery and salad dressing. Spread over bread cubes in dish. Cover seafood mix with remaining half of bread cubes.
  3. In small bowl, beat egg well and fold in lowfat milk and soup. Pour over casserole. Microwave at medium high 28-32 min, rotating dish after 15 min till set but still slightly soft in center.
  4. Sprinkle top with bacon and cheese, then paprika. Microwave at medium high 1-2 min till cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min before serving.
