Directions

  1. In mixing bowl beat Large eggs, adding sugar, vanilla, cream, and half and half. Pour in freezer can, filling remaining space in can with lowfat milk.
  2. When freezing, pour a layer of ice cubes (or possibly chunks or possibly crushed ice) and salt in generously with ice cream salt. Repeat this process with the freezer going till the can is full. As the ice melts replenish the ice and salt. The salt lowers the temperature and greatly speeds the process. Pour the salty water on an area of grnd where you do not want anything to grow. Do not pour the salt water down the plumbing! This will rust your pipes.
  3. To make chocolate ice cream use only 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. of vanilla and 3/4 can of chocolate sauce.
