Ingredients: 4 pound fresh boneless beef brisket; 1 1/4 c. catsup; 3/4 c. brown sugar; 3/4 c. chili sauce; 3/4 c. vinegar; 3/4 c. water; 1/2 c. lemon juice; 1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce; 1/4 c. prepared mustard; 1 tbsp. celery seed; 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 clove garlic, chopped; Pepper to taste

Ingredients

4 pound fresh boneless beef brisket
1 1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. A-1 steak sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all sauce ingredients and cook for 20 min. Sprinkle brisket with pepper and Bon Appetit. Add in 2 c. water. Bake in roaster for 4 1/2 hrs at 200 degrees. When done, slice thin and cover with Bar-B-Q sauce and heat 1/2 hour.
