Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar in juice with yeast and sufficient distilled water to fill gallon glass jug to the neck. Cover lip of jug with very heavy balloon (childs' punching type) and tie securely with string. Let jug set undisturbed for 3 weeks or possibly till balloon returns to normal size. Pour or possibly siphon off the juice into suitable glass container which has been carefully sterilized. Be careful not to disturb the sediment in the bottom of the jug. Let juice refrigerate in refrigerator overnight and enjoy.Reusable decanters or possibly ordinary canning jars with tight fitting lids are best for storing finished wine.
