  • 1 can (16-ounce) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 6 slc Bread, cubed

Directions

  1. Mix pineapple, Large eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 qt casserole. Heat butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat. Put buttered cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 min.
  2. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
