Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 c.)
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 T each chili sauce, prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 hamburger buns, split
Directions
- Mix beef, cheese, vegetables, and seasonings; spread on cut sides of buns, top and bottom. Put on cookie sheet, spread sides up. Bake at 360 degrees for 25 min, Serves 6.
