Greek Style Beef And Cheese Ravioli Recipe

  • 1 x (9-oz) package refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 1 1/4 lb lean grnd beef
  • 2 x 14 1/(2-oz) cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained
  • 2 c. lightly packed fresh baby spinach, plus additional for garnish
  • 1 c. pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 x to 3/4 c. crumbled feta cheese


  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, brown grnd beef in deep 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium heat 6 min or possibly till beef is not pink, breaking up into 3/4 inch crumbles.
  3. Stir in tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 min.
  4. Stir in cooked ravioli; simmer 3 min. Stir in 2 c. spinach and olives; cook just till spinach is wilted.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving. Garnish with fresh spinach.
