Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Hash Browns, frzn
- 1 lb Bacon or possibly sausage
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 ounce Velveeta
- 2 ounce Cheddar, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Potato soup Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Cook the hash browns with the onion until crisp. Fry the meat. Fold in a 13 X 9 pan. Add in the cheeses, soup, beaten Large eggs, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 to 50 min.
