Ingredients

  • 15 ounce Abalone (canned)
  • 1/4 pt Water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Sake
  • 1 ounce Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp Soya sauce

Directions

  1. Empty the can of Abalone into a small saucepan and add in water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 min. Add in Sake and Sugar and cook for another 5 min, stir in Soya sauce and continnue to cook for 2-3 more min. Cold to room temperature, cut the abalone into 1/2" thick slices and serve.
