  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 3/4 c. Apricot nectar
  • 2 c. Dry apricots, minced
  • 1/2 c. Pecans, minced

Directions

  1. Apricot-Pecan Loaf
  2. Sift together flour, sugar, baking pwdr, soda, & salt. Add in egg, oil, & apricot nectar & blend well. Add in apricots & pecans. Put into greased loaf pan & bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cold & slice.
