Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut apple into 1/4 inch slices and toss with lemon juice and sugar. Put together large eggs, lowfat milk and flour in mixing bowl and heat lightly with an egg beater. Heat butter in an 11 or possibly 12 inch frying pan on burner until hot and foamy. Remove from heat and add in batter. Put apples on top. Bake for 25 min or possibly till pancake is puffed up and golden. Remove from oven, sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Serves 2.
