Welcome Robert..so tell me what is "research recipes"? And what desserts do you decorate? I enjoy reading about the origin of recipes and foods. A favorite cookbook of mine tells the history of American cooking esp. frontier cooking. It breaks down the different immigrant groups and what they brought to America and how, in turn, it has enriched our culture.
