- Bring to a boil in medium saucepan. Cool to lukewarm.
- Dissolve yeast in water. Add in cooled lowfat milk mix. Add in 4 1/2 cups flour. Beat till rubbery. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Beat 30 seconds. Put bread into greased pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. Remove from pan, slice when cool.
