Ingredients
- 1 head of red cabbage â sliced thin
- 1 bunch of scallions - chopped
- 1 jalapeño â sliced with seeds
- 2 inch piece of ginger â sliced
- 3 stalks of celery â sliced
- 5 cloves of garlic â sliced
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
- Heat a large frying pan with the sesame oil and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the ginger, jalapeño, celery, scallions and garlic to gently sauté.
- Add the red cabbage and allow the cabbage cook down partially. Remove to a large salad bowl.
- Combine the ingredients for the dressing and add to the salad. Adjust the ingredients for the dressing to taste.
