Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound turkey breast, sliced or possibly cutlets
- Minced parsley
Directions
- Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet (medium heat). Add in mushrooms and saute/fry till tender - remove from pan. Combine flour, salt, pepper. Coat turkey. Heat remaining butter over medium heat.
- Brown turkey both sides - few pcs at a time, 1-2 min each side. Remove turkey. Add in approximately 1/4 c. water, stir till thickened - add in turkey and mushrooms till heated through. Arrange on serving platter and garnish with minced parsley. Good with rice and mushroom gravy.
