Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Orange juice concentrate - thawed
- 1/3 c. Light molasses
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cumin
- 1 lb Turkey breast slices
- Â Â Sliced lemon
Directions
- Directions: In a small bowl combine all the ingredients to create the marinade, reserving the lemon slices. Remove 1/2 c. of the marinade and set aside. Place the turkey slices into the marinade and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. Drain the slices from the marinade. Heat a small amount of extra virgin olive oil in a large saute/fry pan. Add in the turkey when the oil is very warm. Cook for 2-3 min on each side till golden brown and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley and reserved sauce.
