  • 1 c. tuna
  • 1/2 c. cooked pasta
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 9 to 10 pitted ripe olives
  • Healthy pinch dry oregano
  • 1 tbsp. olive or possibly lemon juice
  • 1 lg. tomato
  • 1/2 pound fresh green beans or possibly pea pods.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Flake tuna; add in all except tomato, beans, and seasonings. Cover and chill. Before serving add in tomato, beans and seasoning. Mix well.
