  • 2 hard boiled Large eggs
  • 1 sm. pkg. noodles, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can lowfat milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buttered cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Combine Large eggs, noodles, tuna, mushroom soup, lowfat milk, cheese, salt, and pepper. Put in greased casserole. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min. Serves 6.
