- pork ribs
- Bottle (12-oz.) chili sauce 1
- Brown sugar, packed 1/2 c
- Can (20-oz.) Dole crushed 1 lg
- Cloves garic, pressed 3 lg
- Dry mustard 1/2 ts
- Ground giner 1 ts
- Onion 1 lg
- Spareribs, or country-style 4 lb
Directions
- Rub ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in
- large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add 1/4 cup water to pan. Cover
- with foil. Bake in 350-degrre F. oven 1/2 hour. Combine remainig
- ingredients. Spoon over ribs. Bake, uncovered, one hour longer.
