Ingredients
- 2 heads butter lettuce
- 2 green onions, minced, greens only
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
Directions
- Break lettuce into bite-size pcs. Add in onion greens, mandarin oranges and avocado. Serve with above dressing. Dressing is better if made the night before.
