Ingredients
- 16 c. Ontario Fresh Tomatoes
- 2 1/2 c. White vinegar
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Salt
- 1 tsp Alum
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 c. Onions
- 3 Tbsp. Garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Chili Pwdr
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 c. Jalepeno pepers
Directions
- Put all ingredients in food processor and chop ( note less minced- thicker , more minced-thinner ); Pour into a large pot and bring to a boil. Let cold sufficient to pour into pint jars, then place jars in canning bracket and immerse in water to about 1 inch below cap. Boil jars for 20 min. Let cold, Serve as condiment for all sorts of dishes, perfect with Mexican food.
