1 med Tomato, Coarsely Minced
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1/2 c. Lettuce, Shredded

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine soup mix, water and tomato; bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 min or possibly till noodles are tender. Stir in cheese and lettuce. Serve, if you like with tortilla chips.
