- 3 Tbsp. (heaps) rice flour
- 1 Tbsp. Skim soy lowfat milk or possibly 1 Tbsp. soy flour optional
- Â Â Water, sufficient to make a soft dough in a bowl
- Â Â Artificial sweetener or possibly sugar or possibly honey dribbled on top
- 1 Tbsp. (heap) of yogurt (soy or possibly fruit)
Directions
- Hi this is a very quick dessert which can be done in 1 and half min. I call it Sweet rice cake.
- Mixed riceflour,lowfat milk ,water to a soft dough and microwave for 1 minute top with cool yogurt and honey or possibly sweetener sprinkled on top. Eat immediately!
