Spicy Pasta Sauce Recipe

• 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
• 1 lb Spicy italian sausage, cooked and cut into pcs
• 1 jar , (26 ounce) Classico Pasta Sauce, any flavor (or possibly use spicy canned tomatoes, put them in a blender first and chop)
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp Oregano, (to taste)
• 1 tsp Basil, (to taste)
• 1 x Clove fresh garlic cut up, (or possibly garlic pwdr)
• 2 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
•     Seasoned salt and pepper to taste
