Directions

  1. Mix together flour, salt, and spices. Reserve 2 tbsp of mix. Dredge chicken pcs in mix. Heat fry pan to 325 degrees with butter and boil. Add in chicken and cook, turning about 15 min till brown on all sides. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Drain off all but 2 tbsp of oil from pan.Add in reserve flour mix to oil, stirring to brown, about 1 minute. Slowly add in hot water, stirring constantly to make a smooth sauce. Add in mushrooms and wine. Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook about 15 more min till chicken is done. Remove lid cook 5 more min.
