Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 3 x garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 x single chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. Trident Soy Sauce, Trident Soy Sauce
  • 5 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 5 Tbsp. Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce
  •     fresh coriander leaves, minced

Directions

  1. Heat oil in wok, add in garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add in chicken, soy sauce and lemon juice. Stir-fry for 4 to 5 min till chicken browns. Add in sweet chilli sauce and stir for 1/2 minute. Remove chicken and place it on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with steamed rice.
  2. NOTES : Ready in 15 to 20 min.
  3. Serves 4.
