Ingredients
- 500 gm lean beef or possibly lamb steaks, cut into 2 cm cubes.
- 1 pkt MAGGI Light Brown Gravy Mix
- 1 x garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp grated fresh root ginger
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
- 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 x red peppers
- 1 x tomato
- 1/4 c. fresh coriander
- 1 tsp Maggi Garlic Stock Pwdr
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Â Â black pepper
Directions
- Spicy Beef Kebabs:Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add in the meat and mix well.
- Cover and chill for 1-2 hrs.
- Thread the meat onto 8 skewers.
- Cook over a preheated barbecue or possibly under a preheated grill for 7-10 min or possibly till the meat is cooked. Turn frequently.
- Serve the kebabs on cooked MAGGI fettuccine and top with the salsa.
- Red Pepper Salsa:Finely chop the roasted and skinned red peppers and the tomato with skin and seeds removed. Place in a bowl.
- Add in minced coriander, MAGGI Garlic Stock Pwdr, lemon juice, sugar and black pepper. Mix well.
