Directions

  1. Grease and flour inside of Bread N' Cake Bake Pan. Cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add in Large eggs and beat well. Fold in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt. Add in to the creamed mix. Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Pour into prepared Bread N' Cake Bake Pan. Place lid on pan. Place Bread N' Cake Bake Pan in Crock-Pot.
  3. Cover Crock pot and cook on High for 4 hrs or possibly till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
