Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, add in vanilla. Beat well. Sift flour, soda, baking pwdr and salt. Add in flour alternately with lowfat sour cream. Spread 1/2 of batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Add in 1/2 topping, add in rest of batter and top with remainder of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Can bake in muffin tins 350 degrees about 20 min.
