Directions

  1. In a bowl cream butter, sugar and Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Mix till blended. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking pwdr and salt. Mix the 2 bowl ingredients together. Mix topping in a separate bowl and set aside.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour 1/2 batter in the pan. Spread topping over batter. Add in the remaining batter carefully over the top. Bake 40-50 min or possibly till cake is done. Oven at 350 degrees.
