- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. flat beer
- 1/8 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp liquid hickory smoke
- 2 T steak sauce
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T dark brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 T minced garlic
- 1 T minced shallots
Directions
- Put together all ingredients and baste ribs at least once every half hour while smoking.
