Directions

  1. Cut beef into 1 1/2- to 2-inch pcs.
  2. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into two to three pcs. Cut onion into large wedges. Soak green peas in boiling water for one minute.
  3. Heat oil in pan, add in beef and saute/fry. Add in potatoes and onions and saute/fry. Add in water and seasonings, toss well and cover with drop lid. Continue to cook till potatoes are soft.
  4. Add in green peas, turn off heat and put on serving plate.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
