Ingredients
- 6 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounce. blue cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
Directions
- Mix all above except shrimp. Then take cold shrimp and toss. Coat each one with mix. Bake in 375 degrees oven till bubbly warm. Serve over saffron rice.
